How it works
The booking process for your experience gifts couldn’t be more straightforward for you and the recipient of your gift. There are three easy steps to an unforgettable experience:
1) You buy the gift voucher
Once you’ve chosen which experience or open voucher you want to buy, simply add it to the shopping basket and checkout securely online. There are two delivery types we offer:
- Postal voucher – We’ll ship a physical voucher to you in the post
- E-ticket – These are sent automatically on order confirmation - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
2) You give the gift pack
Once you’ve received the gift voucher or E-ticket (which you’ll need to print) then you can hand over their amazing experience! Inside is all the information about their experience and how to book. See what the voucher pack looks like.
3) They confirm and book
When the recipient of your voucher pack wants to book they simply activate their voucher and call the number to book.
The online gift voucher process is as simple as that!
