This short cooking course takes places over two days. The first day being a theory day and the second where you get to take part in a hands-on cooking day.
During the theory day, which is optional, you will learn about the fundamental of cooking and baking. Learn the terminology, measuring correctly, methodology and much more. Also discover how to use spices and herbs that makes any cuisine special.
There are various options that you can choose from for day 2; Breads and Soups, Snacks and Starters, Meat and Vegetarian, Seafood and Pasta or Dessert and Puddings to name a few. Let experienced chef Shanaaz Parker guide you as she puts you through your paces. Using locally sourced produce, easily found at your local supermarket, you will soon be surprising your friends and family with your newly acquired skills.
